We deploy best-in-class SAP ERP software
For over two decades, we’ve relied on cutting-edge SAP solutions, including ERP and MII software, to run our business operations. Investing in these tools allows us to record and analyze inspection results in real time, providing our operators and supervisors with instant feedback for the highest levels of quality control, which help us meet and exceed industry standards. Our use of this best-in-class software, combined with our implementation of lean methodologies, has enabled us to achieve a 90% on-time delivery rate for our specialty fasteners and complex machined components.
We follow a meticulous PPAP process.
Our Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) allows us to meet the highest quality manufacturing standards by providing a systematic and comprehensive approach to evaluating and approving new or revised products and production processes, helping to ensure that the final product is of high quality and meets your requirements and specifications. Our PPAP validates the part design, assesses manufacturing feasibility, improves communication, standardizes part evaluation and approval, and provides quality documentation to track performance over time. In addition, our PPAP includes a MIL-I-45208A-certified in-house inspection program to ensure means nothing leaves our building without a meticulous examination to ensure our products have met or exceeded every requirement.
All our products feature traceability systems.
Traceability systems play a crucial role in our quality management efforts, providing us with a comprehensive and systematic approach to monitoring and controlling the quality of our products. Ensuring that all our products are traceable allows us to quickly identify and address any quality issues and helps assure our customers that they are receiving products of the highest quality. Finally, traceability enables us to continuously improve our processes and materials, resulting in better-quality results.
We only allow superior quality material into our facility.
Ultimately, our approved vendor list is a result of rigorous measures we take to ensure that only superior quality material enters our facility. Premium quality materials from approved vendors mean that every product we manufacture can be traced back to its source, allowing us to monitor and maintain the highest quality standards.
