We follow a meticulous PPAP process.

Our Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) allows us to meet the highest quality manufacturing standards by providing a systematic and comprehensive approach to evaluating and approving new or revised products and production processes, helping to ensure that the final product is of high quality and meets your requirements and specifications. Our PPAP validates the part design, assesses manufacturing feasibility, improves communication, standardizes part evaluation and approval, and provides quality documentation to track performance over time. In addition, our PPAP includes a MIL-I-45208A-certified in-house inspection program to ensure means nothing leaves our building without a meticulous examination to ensure our products have met or exceeded every requirement.
